ABOUT LESLIE
Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology, and was the 2009-2011 Grad Assistant Track & Field Coach for SUNY Cortland, specializing in the Jumps, Strength & Conditioning.
In 2007 she completed an internship at the Lee Taft Speed Academy, focusing on the areas of Sports Specific Movements, Strength, Core Stabilization, Speed and Agility.
Leslie was named 2007 NCAA DII East Region’s Female Field Athlete of The Year. She earned multiple NCAA All-American honors and was a 3x National Champion. She set numerous University records including Conference titles, Stadium and Field House.
Leslie brings a truly unique, fun-loving energy and excitement into all her trainings and coaching. Her expertise and focus on details is what you’d expect when hiring a Sport and Exercise Specialist, but working with her is unlike any other experience you will find!
