Leslie brings a truly unique, fun-loving energy and excitement into all her training and coaching! 

After your consultation & assessment, (to track your Success & Progress) she will design Personalized Corrective Exercises & Recomendations to amplify your Health & Fitness goals!

During each session she will continue to guide, instruct, provide modifications and specific instruction based off your current fitness level, ability & GOALS!

Being sore for days is NOT HEALTHY!

Leslie brings her expertise to ensure healthy progression to prevent injuries. There is no guessing, Leslie is an Exercise Expert; Intelligent Training is key to your Success!

I’d like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Leslie and the Student/Athlete program. My daughter joined her program in April 2018 with the idea of becoming stronger.
